How do you access documents when you are away from your computer?
After you have started scanning all your paper documents and stored them in Recollect on your on-premise computers or servers, how do you access them when you are away from your office?
Your off-site, branch office, and/or staff on the road may need access to the documents that are stored on your on-premise computers.
Authorized users can securely access documents by performing a search from the Recollect Mobile Android App or from a Web browser on a Smartphone or Tablet. No documents will be stored on DoodleOne servers.
Recollect Mobile App securely connects to on-premise computers or servers, performs the search, retrieves the documents, and then displays them on mobile devices.
Recollect Mobile App requires and works in combination with any of the Recollect products described here.
